Being A Quiet Achiever In Business Is Not Going To Get You Paid

Being A Quiet Achiever In Business Is Not Going To Get You Paid

Let’s not keep you as the world’s best kept secret, or your at least a secret from your target market and ideal clients.

#FACT: Being a quiet achiever in business will stop you from getting known, get clients and getting paid.

Here are 3 simple ways you can unleash your inner-quiet-achiever so you can start getting more clients:

#1: List out all your achievements and keep a running record

I want you to reflect on any and all achievements you’ve had in your career and your business and keep them in a concise place, meaning, keep them all in one folder, one book or one place that you can continue to add to and also reflect on as often as needed.

These achievements need to be a running record, keep adding to this list as often as both big and small achievements happen, even on a daily basis I want you to list out new achievements - you’ll see why this is important soon.

Just this week a few achievements I’ve had are:

  • A client emailed me and asked if we can rescheduled as she’s become booked out with her own clients - I LOVE this because that’s the exact reason she hired me, to help her get more clients #MissionAccomplished

  • I am booked as a guest on a podcast this week and have just been invited onto another, as well as having one last week!

  • I got through the final stage of the interview process for my nomination with the International Women’s Day Awards

#2: Decide where/how/how often you’re going to share these achievements

If your goal is to grow your business and get clients, sharing your wins and achievements is a really authentic way to do so.

Decide, where you’re going to share these - social media, email signature, website etc.

Decide, how you’re going to share these - video, blog article, graphic, case study, newsletter etc.

Decide, how often you’re going to share these - will it be weekly, monthly, quarterly etc.

#3: 100% reiterate to yourself that by you not sharing your achievements and working with more people you are doing a disservice

Sometimes I find business owners forget the difference they make in the world of their own clients, customers and target audience, and when they forget this, they don’t put themselves out there as much as they should.

Do you know the true extent of the value, transformation and ROI you bring to the table? If you don’t, speak to me (!)I have knack to help people to see what they do makes a huge difference.

Sharing your achievements entices your ideal clients to want to work with you, and it also shows them the results you’re able to get them, and honestly, it also makes you feel even better about yourself and your business which ties directly to the quality of your marketing believe it or not… No one wants to buy from a sad person who doesn’t believe in what they sell.

These tips are the beginning of you getting more clients, it’s a small tweak that you can start today (!) - if you’d like to see the video version of this watch HERE in my private Facebook Community.
